Chef: Samer Schramm / Sou Chef: Uwe Müller

Schramm began his culinary career at the The Grand restaurant. After successfully completing his apprenticeship there in 2012, he worked for another two years at The Grand. The young cook gain experiences in the The Eats Berlin, in the star restaurant of the Hotel Tgantieni Lenzerheide in Switzerland and in the famous Borchart restaurant. After returning to The Grand in 2016, he now takes over at Spindler & Klatt.

Schramm is supported by Sou Chaf Uwe Müller. Schramm: “Together with Uwe I give the kitchen at Spindler & Klatt a new touch. For me Uwe is a master in his field  What is lacking in experience, he resembles with his quiet nature. We are a great team, “says Schramm.

The culinary versatility is distinguished by the newly developed dishes and by the classics excellently presented on the plate. For example: Next to the Avileña-Negra Ibérica beef you find the vegan alternative as a lentil strudel with hummus on the menu.

Please note the the seating is made by our host on the night. Depending on the weather we will seat you in -or outdoor in which we will try to recognize your seating requests. Depending on the capacity we can’t take requests for the Ponton.

In the company of your dog, we can place you on our terrace or in the restaurant, but unfortunately not on the Ponton.
