The orientation of the kitchen at Spindler & Klatt sees itself as pan-Asian cuisine with European influences. Always with fresh ingredients and products, the kitchen team at Spindler & Klatt interprets modern classics and newly developed pan-Asian dishes in a versatile and relaxed manner. For example, in addition to a Scottish Donald Russel entrecote, there is also a finely crafted vegan mille feel on the menu.

In the preparation of the dishes, great importance is attached to the high quality and sustainability of the products.
Spindler & Klatt is constantly developing concepts in the “daily bussines” in order to promote sustainable action in the event and catering industry. For example, unnecessary packaging is deliberately avoided, disposable serviettes are not used during dinners and only compostable straws are offered

Please note the the seating is made by our host on the night. Depending on the weather we will seat you in -or outdoor in which we will try to recognize your seating requests. Depending on the capacity we can’t take requests for the Ponton.
We kindly ask you to refrain from reservations for bachelor partys.
In the company of your dog, we can place you on our terrace or in the restaurant, but unfortunately not on the Ponton.
